Cube sliced red pepper is allowed to marinade in lemon juice, mixed with saffron and blended lemon peels. The mixture is allowed to cook for a long time to obtain a delicious marmalade. Greatly enjoyed with goat, sheep or veined cheese. Can also be served with salmon toasts or as breakfast spread.
